Open Day

Broadlands is pleased to announce it is holding an open day on Sunday 18 May 2025

We will be opening our doors to new visitors to come and explore our club, view our facilities and to learn more about naturism and its many benefits.

Even the most experienced naturists started somewhere, many of them just needed an environment to explore before feeling comfortable. Broadlands offers a safe setting in 25 acres of beautiful woodland ready for you to explore as nature intended.

Come and meet our members, ask questions and if you feel ready then start your naturist journey
with us.

Please complete the below form to book your spot and we look forward to meeting you.

FAQ
Q – What do I need to bring with me?
A- all visitors will need to provide photo ID and proof of current address before being allowed to
access the site. (driving license is perfect) This is to maintain the safety of all members and visitors
(don’t worry no copies are taken).
Lunch if you want to spend all day with us
A towel to sit on in communal areas if you are wishing to partake in naturism and a towel to use in
the pool.
We also have onsite an honesty café with drinks, ice creams, crisps, biscuits etc available so make
sure to bring some change.
Q – Do I need to be interested in naturism or can I just come for a look round
A – You must have an interest in exploring naturism if you wish to visit. Broadlands is a naturist club
where you can enjoy naturism amongst like-minded people. We are not exhibitionists, and we are
not swingers and we do not appreciate people just coming for an ogle.
Q- Will I have to undress?
A – You will not be expected to undress on your open day visit however if you feel comfortable then
you are welcome to.
Q- Can I use the swimming pool and Sauna?
A – Yes you are welcome to use both during your visit however please note that both facilities can
only be used nude. If it is your first time it can be daunting, however we assure you that once you
have experienced it all fears will instantly subside. Don’t forget your shower gel to rinse off
afterwards.
Q – will people be looking at me if I am naked?
A – No they will not. One of the many fears for new naturists is that people will stare at them.
Much like when you walk down the high street in your clothes amongst everyone else who is clothed
no one pays any attention to you. When you are alongside like-minded naturists being nude is as
normal as being dressed, people just want to relax and enjoy their day.
Q – I am very body conscious, what will people think of me?
A- The truth, naturists are some of the friendliest and most sincere people you could wish to meet.
We have a far greater understanding of the fact that we are all different shapes and sizes and that’s
perfect. The only person who needs to be comfortable with your body is you. When you strip away
the designer dresses and the fancy labels you get to know the real person, not what someone wants
you to see. The real secret…….. those models you see in magazines, very few of us actually look like
that, naturists are just ordinary people just like you and we come in all shapes and sizes.
Q – What happens if I undress and become aroused?
A – Honestly, it is very unlikely. There is nothing sexual about naturism, its just people going about
their normal day without clothes on. If you find yourself in this situation politely cover yourself with
a towel until it has passed. You would then need to understand that if you have made it a sexual
situation for yourself that naturism probably isn’t for you.
Q – Why is it only for couples and families
A – Broadlands is a family club, we welcome visitors of all ages and marital status throughout the
year. For new couples and families it can be a daunting prospect so we wanted to give them an
opportunity to experience naturism amongst other couples and families first to help alleviate any
fears.
