BSA is a naturist members’ club primarily for couples and families – although we do have a limited number of single members.
Throughout the season we allow some day visits from non-member couples who request a visit and follow the process detailed below. We would normally expect that couples visiting for the day will be in a close personal relationship eg be married, in a civil partnership or co-habiting.
We currently do not accept single person day visitors.
Please note that the restriction on single person day visitors does not apply to members – single members can make unlimited day visits at any time during the season.
Code of Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all our visitors and members, we expect everyone to behave in a way that upholds the following code of conduct.
Please note that visits are permitted subject to each visitor’s acceptable behaviour:
- Naturism is always non-sexual. Any sexual behaviour, suggestion or innuendo in public is prohibited at our club.
- We consider that body acceptance is an essential part of naturism. There must be absolutely no body shaming, commentary on appearance or unsolicited health and fitness advice.
- Everyone must respect personal boundaries – physical, emotional and digital. Consent is mandatory for any form of touch, contact or communication. Any form of photography or videoing is strictly prohibited.
- Think before you act. We have a zero tolerance of aggressive, offensive or abusive behaviour directed at anyone on site
Non-member couple day visits – booking process and rules for admittance
- Day visits are limited to couples who can make a maximum of 3 day visits per season. Please note that you can book a longer stay/holiday online. (The minimum stay is 2 nights).
- There is a charge of £12 per person payable on arrival.
- Day visits are allowed between 10:00 and 16:00 only. You must leave the site promptly at the required time.
- Visits must be booked by phone no less than 2 days before the visit (office hours are 10:00-11:00). Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this requirement. We cannot allow visits from one member of a couple should the other individual be unable to attend.
- All day visitors must be a member of British Naturism and produce their BN card when they visit the club.
- You must register at the Club office on arrival and bring photo ID (e.g. driving licence, passport) and proof of address (eg a recent utility bill). In addition, please bring your BN, INF or other bona fide naturist club membership cards if you have them. All ID documentation will be copied and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to this document/page)
- To make use of our car park, you must provide your vehicle details including your vehicle registration.
- You will be asked to wear a wrist band whilst on site and for the duration of your stay with us.
- You will have access to the main club areas eg swimming pool, main shower block, bistro and sunbathing greens. You do not have permission to walk into or around the members’ site areas, paths or roads (as shown on our site map). You may walk around the perimeter woodland /dog walk – entering and exiting only on the main roadway close to the entrance barrier. Please do not exit down any of the paths into members’ areas.
- The club reserves the right to ask any visitor who behaves inappropriately or outside of our code of conduct to leave the club immediately and may deny future access.
- The club will notify the visitor of the denial of access, and any future bookings will be cancelled. The club will not enter into any correspondence concerning the reasons for denial of access and there is no appeal process.
