Caution when using a Satnav to find us!
If you are visiting us with a caravan, motor home or similar, we strongly recommend you follow the directions below and not satnav directions as these may try to take you down narrow lanes with bridges and tight bends which are unsuitable for larger vehicles.
From the A47, Norwich Southern bypass
•Take the exit signposted A146 – travelling away from Norwich towards Lowestoft, Beccles.
•Follow signs for B1332 Bungay – at the traffic lights keep right and turn right onto B1332 towards Bungay.
• After about 1.5 miles enter Framingham Earl/Poringland (30mph with speed cameras).
• In a further 0.75 miles at the roundabout (with the Railway Tavern on your left) take the third exit towards Stoke Holy Cross. Immediately as you drive towards Stoke look for two tall radio and television pylons on your right.
• In 400yds continue straight over the mini-roundabout and in a further 900yds you will come to a crossroads with a telephone kiosk / bus shelter on the left corner. Turn left at this crossroads onto Brickle Road towards Shotesham All Saints.
• After 200 yds on the left is the entrance to Broadlands (signposted 31 Brickle Road).
(Note: The two large TV/Radio towers are a good landmark to look out for as they can be seen to the south from the main A47 Norwich Southern Bypass.)
