Terms and Conditions

All the additional information you need about staying with us.

  • Camping visitors are asked to arrive, if possible, between 1000 and 1800 . Please give prior notice if you anticipate arriving outside of these times frame
  • Camping pitches must be vacated by 1200 (noon) on the day of departure, otherwise a full day’s charge will be made
  • When booking one of our holiday vans, please note that on arrival your van will be available for you at 16:00, and on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the van by 10:00. You are welcome to arrive on site after 10:00 and on the day of departure to stay on site all day to enjoy the facilities that we have to offer.
  • Please note that on arrival at Broadlands visitors will be required to show photographic proof of identity to the Office, preferably BN membership card, and proof of address, e.g. current utilities invoice
  • Visitors are responsible for their own safety and the security of their possessions whilst on the premises
  • No responsibility can be accepted by Broadland Sun Association for any loss or injury sustained
  • Any queries should be addressed in the first instance to the Office
  • Cancellations
  • Your online booking payment includes a non-refundable deposit of 25%. However, if you cancel your booking no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, you shall receive a refund of 75% of the total amount paid
  • Where a formal deposit is taken, this will be retained by Broadland Sun Association if cancellation notice is received less than thirty days before the start date of a holiday. If cancellation notice is received prior to thirty days before the start date of a holiday, deposits will be refunded but will be subject to the deduction of a £10.00 administration fee.
  • No reimbursement can be made to holiday visitors who shorten their stay.
