Broadlands Is based in 25 acres of woodland and is approximately 15 minutes drive from the centre of Norwich.

Due to its location, the Club is in a very quiet setting, surrounded by woodland and farmer's fields.

On arrival at Broadlands you proceed down a long tree-laden drive and you will usually be met by the squirrels, rabbits and other wildlife that share our grounds. Our new reception building is on the left where you book in and register for your stay. You will be given information relating to the layout of the club and details of emergency phone numbers etc and information with reference to our Child Protection System

Once into the site you will see the first camping site, which has electricity hook-up points for members' and visitors' use. This is a large green paddock with ample space for several family units and plenty of room for barbeques and general socialising or, if you wish, to have a quiet snooze.

Continuing down the main driveway, the road takes a left turn and here you will find the resident warden’s accommodation.

Stephenl, our Warden, will assist you should you have any problems during your stay at Broadlands.

On the right-hand side of the main drive is the second campsite, with the same facilities as the first one.

At the end of the main drive is the hub of Broadlands, where you will find the clubhouse, swimming pool and main toilet and shower block.

Within the clubhouse is a large area with a stage for bands and our social functions. to the left of the stage is our disco hut containing the latest digital state of the art sound equipment

Opposite the club house you will find the main sunbathing lawns, miniten and badminton courts and petanque terrain, also a natural spring-fed lake for  fishing.
